Message But I would personally keep them on.. That way you'll always have on for a motor pull..

It supports the sides of the plenum.. even when DD.. but I have worked on cars , stockish and 600hp ish.. and I have never seen any issues without having them installed.

If you pull a motor without them.. You have to use bolt holes on the heads/block.. or use a rameyZ sling
